Confirmation of Transaction Statements (COTS)

A Confirmation of Transaction Statement (COTS) is a document that sets out basic information about your finalised claim, including any excess paid by you and what we covered.

You can request a COTS by contacting us on 1300 885 996, and we will send it to you once your claim has been finalised.

Previously, a COTS would automatically be sent to you at the conclusion of your claim.

We have updated this process and introduced a Standing Facility. This means you must call us to request a COTS if you would like one, and we will send it to you once your claim has been finalised.

You have the right to opt out of the Standing Facility for claims under your current policy. If you would prefer to continue receiving your COTS automatically at the end of each claim under your current policy, please contact us on 1300 885 996, and we will arrange this for you.
